The annual Mountain Heritage Arts and Crafts Festival will be held on September 27-29, 2024 at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Kearnysville, WV.  Come meet approximately 200 vendors and artisans, listen to the best live bluegrass music, taste wines from the area’s wineries and enjoy a variety of food.
