Nestled on over 250 scenic acres with panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and a half-mile of river frontage along the Shenandoah, our family-owned working ranch offers an unforgettable escape for groups of all sizes. With more than 20 on-site bedrooms, including 3 cabins, a ranch house, and a large bunkhouse, we offer flexible accommodations for a wide range of needs.

Our event pavilion, set against the backdrop of the Shenandoah Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains, can transform every gathering into a memorable experience.

Guests and visitors can enjoy beginner-friendly horseback trail rides along the Shenandoah River, while local folks are welcome to board their horses and become part of our intentional community.

Our ranch is also home to a lively mix of animals, including beautiful horses, Longhorn steers, Navajo Churro sheep, free-range chickens and a playful crew of barn cats. It’s a place where adults and kids alike can unwind, explore, and connect with nature.
