Wayne Theatre / Ross Performing Arts Center

The Wayne Theatre Ross Performing Arts Center is the premier live performing arts and film venue in the Greater Augusta area. With seating for 385, the Wayne offers a full schedule of entertainment offerings, including live music, comedy, theatrical productions, classic film and history and science lectures. Rental opportunities are available for celebrations of all kinds. Technology infrastructure is in place to accommodate meetings.

The venue re-opened in March 2016 after a 16-year, $10 million effort led by a community non-profit to restore the 1926 building, located in the heart of a revived downtown business district bustling with new restaurants and sister arts venues. The Wayne Theatre is the centerpiece of a new and emerging Downtown Waynesboro nightlife scene.
