I-81 Exit 264 to 211 E

Deep beneath Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, this U.S. Natural Landmark is the largest caverns in Eastern America and the most visited in the United States. From well-lighted, all- paved walkways and step-free access, explore cathedral-sized rooms with ceilings 10 stories high, filled with towering stone columns and crystal-clear pools. And hear the haunting sounds of the world’s only Stalacpipe Organ.  Luray Caverns is open every day of the year.

In addition, experience the history of America in the Car and Carriage Caravan, an exhibit featuring over 140 items relating to transportation including cars, carriages, and coaches dating from the mid-18th century including an 1892 Benz, a 1908 Baker Electric and a Stanley Steamer. Explore the Shenandoah Heritage Village – a collection of local, restored historic buildings creating a small 19th century farming community including the Luray Valley Museum showcasing Shenandoah Valley artifacts from the 1750’s to the 1920’s.

Also find Toy Town Junction, a massive collection of over 30 trains and other themed miniature areas along with several thousand toys and train related artifacts.

The attraction complex also includes a one-acre ornamental garden – The Garden Maze – creating one of the largest hedge mazes in the Mid-Atlantic states along with a challenging two-level Rope Adventure Park connecting a series of real and imaginary obstacles..
